These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to every purchase from Dollhouse Haven at dollhousehaven.com (the “Store”). By placing an order you agree to these Terms together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. About our products

Dollhouse Haven sells 1:12 scale dollhouse miniatures: furniture, kitchen and bathroom pieces, lighting, garden items and decorative props. They are decorative collector items for adults and hobbyists, not toys. Many pieces are small, fragile or contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 14. Please keep them out of reach of young children and pets.

We describe and photograph each item as accurately as we can. Because miniatures are small and often handmade or hand-finished, minor variations in colour, finish and size are normal. Screen colours may differ slightly from the actual item. Props, dolls and room settings shown in photos are for styling only and are not included unless the product description says so.

2. Prices and payment

• All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD).
• Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay (see our Shipping Policy).
• Import duties, VAT/GST, customs or brokerage fees charged by your country are not included and are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal balance or, where PayPal offers it in your country, with a card or Pay Later. We never see or store your full card details.
• If your bank or card issuer converts the charge into another currency, any conversion fees are set by them, not by us.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when payment is confirmed and we send an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund any payment in full, if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but our Returns & Refunds Policy still applies.

4. Shipping and delivery

Shipping rates, processing times and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provide, so please check that your shipping address is complete and correct.

5. Returns, refunds and damaged items

Returns, refunds and claims for damaged, defective or incorrect items are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

6. Promotions and coupons

Promotions, gifts and coupon codes are subject to their stated conditions and dates. They cannot be exchanged for cash, and unless stated otherwise they cannot be combined. We may end or change a promotion at any time. If we do, orders already paid under it will be honoured.

7. Your account and use of the site

You may check out as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for giving accurate contact and address information. Please do not misuse the Store: no attempts to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or place fraudulent orders. All text, photos and graphics on the Store belong to Dollhouse Haven or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our reasonable control. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Privacy

We use your personal information only as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
