Dollhouse Haven ships physical miniature products from Shenzhen, Guangdong, China to international customers. Prices at checkout are in USD.
Shipping rates
- Primary destination markets: free shipping on orders over $35. Under that threshold: $5.99 base + $0.50 per item.
- Other destinations: free shipping on orders over $59. Under that threshold: $5.99 base + $0.50 per item.
Exact rates and available options are always confirmed on the checkout page before you pay. If a rate shown at checkout differs from this summary, the checkout total is authoritative.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays in China).
Transit time
After dispatch, international delivery commonly takes 7–21 business days, depending on destination, carrier routing, and customs. Peak seasons and remote areas may take longer. Tracking is provided when the carrier supplies it.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Your country may charge import duties, VAT/GST, or brokerage fees. Unless we explicitly state otherwise at checkout, these charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our product price or shipping fee.
Delivery issues
If tracking shows no movement beyond the expected window, or a package is marked delivered but not received, contact us at support@dollhousehaven.com with your order number. We will help investigate with the carrier.
