What the offer was (when active)

When your paid merchandise subtotal reaches $49 USD during an active promo window, we include one complimentary 1:12 miniature accent with your order, while supplies last.

The gift is a small scene-finishing accent chosen by Dollhouse Haven from our welcome-gift pool. It is meant as a pleasant bonus for collectors—not a second paid product and not a promised collectible edition.

How the gift is selected (when active)

  • Dollhouse Haven selects the gift from the active welcome-gift pool.
  • Customers cannot choose a specific SKU, colorway, or style.
  • Pool items may rotate based on stock and packing practicality.
  • Receiving a gift does not mean you will receive a rare, numbered, limited, or “collector edition” piece unless a specific product page already says so (welcome gifts do not).

Limits (when active)

  • One gift per order, even if the cart is well above the threshold or contains multiple items.
  • Gift applies only while the listed pool items remain available for complimentary use.
  • If gift stock for the active pool runs out before the end date, the offer ends early; we will not substitute a paid line item as a free gift without updating these rules.

What counts toward the threshold (when active)

  • Qualifying amount is the paid merchandise subtotal in USD shown at checkout before shipping and before any import duties/taxes collected by carriers or destination authorities.
  • Live threshold: $49 USD.
  • Gift value does not count toward the threshold.

Stacking

This welcome gift does not stack with other coupons, discount codes, or promotional line adjustments (if any are active). If another coupon is applied, the welcome gift may be withheld unless support confirms an exception in writing for that order.

Eligible destinations

  • Available for orders we can fulfill under our normal international shipping policy. Realistic transit times apply; see our Shipping Policy for current options and timing.
  • Destinations we cannot fulfill, restricted carriers, or checkout blocks are not eligible.
  • Import duties, VAT/GST, brokerage, or other destination charges remain the buyer’s responsibility when applicable and are separate from this gift.

Packing note

  • When the offer is active, the complimentary accent is packed with your order as a clearly noted free gift (packing slip / order note: “Welcome gift — complimentary”).
  • Handle all miniatures carefully; small parts can be fragile. Gifts follow the same 1:12 decorative miniature care expectations as paid items.
  • The gift is not a children’s toy.
